Since its inception ETLG has adopted a Quality approach to all that it does and has achieved a number of recognitions and certifications undertaken by third party assessment to maintain our high standards of activity.
We put the customer at the forefront of all our business and are committed to deliver excellence in all of our dealings and through our product range as we seek to provide an efficient and supportive service.
We continuously monitor and seek to improve in everything we do and utilise programmed internal auditing in addition to periodic third party assessment to maintain our standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
ETLG has operated a Quality Management System for many years and has been certified to ISO9001 and its UK predecessors since 1998. We currently hold certification to ISO9001:2015 from UKAS accredited certifying body LRQA. Our current certificate expires in November 2020.
In June 2012 ETLG’s ISO9001 quality management system was upgraded and certified to Aerospace standard AS9120A for all its sales activity. In December 2017 this was renewed to AS9120B.
We have adopted an Environmental Policy and process which supports the United Kingdom's strategy for sustainable development. It sets out a program of continuous improvement to reduce the harmful impacts of company operations on the environment and to prevent pollution. Good environmental management is an integral and fundamental part of our corporate business strategy both present and future.
ETLG has always adopted a progressive Leadership and Management model and is committed to developing and improving our people to deliver excellent service to our customers. We have been recognized as an Investor in People since 2006. Our current re-recognition was achieved in May 2010. Our people processes are fully integrated into our Quality Management System.
Employees of ETLG currently hold TRACE (Transparent Agents and Contracting Entities) certification, and have done since 2007. This commits us to a high level of transparency in our commercial transactions. It involves the adoption and implementation of an effective written policy addressing bribery and kickbacks and a commitment to annual anti-bribery training provided by TRACE. Membership creates a bridge between ETLG and companies doing business internationally.

As of May 15th 2018, ETLG is Cyber Essentials Certified, and currently working towards Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
